Joseph Hess is the founder of Keeg and Associates Settlements, LLC (Our Title Insurance Firm), and Keeg and Associates, LLC (Our Title Abstract and Flood Certification provider). Before devoting his work full time to Keeg and Associates, Joe served in multiple facets of real estate. With over two decades of experience as a Title Agent, Title Abstractor and licensed contractor Joe has been able to help thousands of homeowners. He has overseen over One Million (1,000,000) title reports (and counting) and has been involved in over Five Billion Dollars in real estate financing. He has previously served as the Executive Director of National Real Estate Operations for a now defunct company, a prior board member for the Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce, affiliate member of the Army Corps of Engineers and is an honorably discharged member of the United States Army. Joe has taught numerous classes for local real estate companies on compliance and was recognized by the Morning Call for being a designer and engineer of an ordering platform that allowed lenders to help expedite their loan process. Joe is a former youth sports coach and is an avid sports fan. Joe was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and now resides in Coplay, Pennsylvania with his wife Colleen and their four children and two dogs.

Colleen Hess is the Vice President of Keeg and Associates Settlements, LLC (Our Title Insurance firm), and Vice President and Co-Owner of Keeg and Associates, LLC (Our Title Abstract and Flood Certification provider). Prior to Keeg and Associates, Colleen served as a processor in the title insurance industry for over seventeen (17) years and the banking and mortgage industries for over eleven (11) years where she gained a vast knowledge of the entire title process from opening files, creation and generation of closing documents and funding and disbursement guidelines and procedures. Colleen has been directly involved in over twenty five hundred (2500) settlements and has assisted processing of thousands of title reports. Colleen has a tremendous amount of experience with clientele ranging from national and international banking institutions, credit unions, lawyers, land surveyors, engineering firms and even other title companies and takes great pride in assisting them in their every need. Colleen is an avid reader and has a passion for cooking. She was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and now resides in Coplay, Pennsylvania with her husband Joe and their four (4) children and two (2) dogs.
